Diversity Social Care Ltd provides personal care for people living in their own homes. The client’s needs of those people using the services varies therefore we provide a personalised centred plan based on the packages of care. This is designed to meet individual circumstances.
The client is visited on different times during the day depending on their needs and in some cases, care is provided over a full 24-hour period. Overnight or respite care to give the family a break from their caring role.
We support family with disabled children by offering short breaks during the school holiday and weekends and night time covers.
